Description


The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for managing the pastry production and operation across all the assigned brands and central kitchen in one country.
Coordinate with the Operations Managers and the Quality and Food Safety Manager to recommend the best quality ingredients and safeguard availability of alternatives and substitutes for raw materials to guarantee the highest quality for food served
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
Minimum 12 years of experience in Pastry production, including a minimum of 2 year in a similar role
