We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist specializing in the F&B domain, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and promote our products and services to our target audience.


Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the F&B industry, with a focus on promoting our brand, products, and services across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase our food and beverage offerings, menu items, promotions, events, and brand story.
Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content that aligns with our marketing objectives and seasonal themes.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions related to the F&B industry, our brand, and competitors, and actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage social media to drive traffic to our physical locations, increase online orders, and boost sales.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns targeting specific demographics, interests, and locations to reach our target audience and drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, and use insights to optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.
Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and local media outlets to generate buzz and increase awareness of our brand and offerings.
Stay informed about the latest F&B industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate them into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing social media marketing and advertising in the F&B industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Passion for food and beverages, with a keen eye for visually appealing content and a knack for storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design and video editing software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
