Scope
The Telemarketing Administrator is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by working with the Marketing Managers and partners to follow up on marketing activities across Africa.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and execute proactive sales campaigns.
• Support local channel partner marketing campaigns.
• Drive attendance to events and training by calling invitees and reminding them to register and attend the activities.
• Follow up on leads from marketing activities and local sales force.
• Reactivate dormant partners by informing them of the latest products and promotions.
• Maintain and update the central database.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration- Marketing
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal/written skills in English and French.
