Description


Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Provide technical, support information to customer.
• Provide sales quotations, solutions and technical support.
• Process sales orders.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Obtain client feedback and coordinate with the team to check the progress of existing projects.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Conduct follow-ups on all proposal and achieve sales target.
• Handle, manage & update client records.

Education:
