-Setting sales targets and goals for the showroom team and developing strategies to achieve them
-Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions where needed
-Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom
-Managing staff schedules and workload distribution to achieve optimal productivity and customer service
-Providing support to sales staff, including product knowledge training and sales techniques
-Resolving conflict between staff and maintaining a healthy working environment
-Handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
-Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized and products are well displayed
-Managing inventory levels, liquidating old stocks, and Implementing inventory control measures
-Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales
-Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and manage the different online platforms including (Instagram, FB, webpage,…)
-Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
-Collaborating with internal departments

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Not less than 2 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or IT industry
-Excellent communication skills
-Familiarity with IT products, technology trends
-Ability to interact confidently with customers, vendors, and team members
-Strong leadership skills
-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive business growth
-Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the showroom
-Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage
