Job Summary
As an Outdoor Sales Representative at Roman Foods, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our premium food products to a diverse range of businesses across Lebanon. Your mission will be to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and uphold our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Tasks

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their preferences.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our products, emphasizing their quality, features, and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and product samples as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the sales manager or company leadership.
- Research, identify, and establish contact with potential customers.
- Provide periodic reports to the direct manager, detailing daily tasks and goals.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets by consistently exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting client and company confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Proven track record of success in F&B or FMCG sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand client needs.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with a focus on discretion, ethics, and customer satisfaction.
- Highly adaptable, motivated by challenges, and able to build and maintain a broad network of clients.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must have a car and a valid driving license.
