Description


The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of events and community engagement programs to support the company's marketing, PR and sales strategies.
This dynamic role involves event planning and managing all phases of event organization from conception to post-event analysis.
The role demands a creative thinker, with good people skills and excellent project management skills, liaising with international partners and event organizers, and optimizing event assets for maximum impact.
The successful candidate will enhance brand positioning and loyalty, foster community relations, and contribute to the company's sales and marketing objectives through innovative event management and community engagement initiatives. They will also ensure efficient event operations and meaningful content creation, underlining the company's commitment to its community and its place in the market.

Requirements:
• Must have a car and a valid Lebanese driving license.
• At least 5 years of related experience in events management and PR, community management, entrepreneurship, project management, sales, marketing or similar role.
• Bachelor Degree and / or Master’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, project management, communications, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Scout experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
• Passion for game invention, gaming and board games;
• Good analytical and organizational skills;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Ability to set, commit and achieve targets, KPIs and SMART goals;
• Systematic in approaching tasks and projects, able to setup management systems in areas where ways of working are not yet setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders;
• Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions to engage the community and enhance brand visibility
• Good self-learning skills;
• Takes on challenges and not afraid of difficult undefined tasks and projects;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude;
• Capacity to assume more significant managerial responsibilities over time.
