Amaken is currently hiring for a 5 Star Hotel, a Hotel Maintenance Manager to be based in Beqaa, Lebanon.

Experience: Extensive experience in maintenance roles, including several years in a leadership position such as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager within the hospitality industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.

Skills Required:

·Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems commonly found in hotels.

·Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to oversee maintenance staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations.

·Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions to ensure the proper functioning of all hotel facilities and equipment.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and budgets effectively.

·Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments, interact with guests, and provide clear instructions to maintenance staff.
