Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. She will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Job Description
1. Meet and assist patients as needed
2. Act as a point of contact with patients
3. Answering calls
4. Scheduling appointments
5. Update customer’s files
6. Follow up on retail clients’ installments.
7. Issuing receipts, invoices, reports and offers for patients and wholesales
8. Recording day to day daily incoming sales
9. Handle Office Monthly expenses
10. Maintaining stock / On-going updated stock file
11. Ensure that all wholesales statements of accounts are up to dated
12. Follow up wholesale’s payments / Settlement of account
13. Order office supplies
14. Sending emails
15. Direct contact with the accountant
• Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in administration
