Duties & Responsibilities:
-Market research and analysis on competitor brands and actions
-Market observation and specific information and data collection
-Plan and survey competitor activities at hospitals, clinics, with doctors and pharmacies and discuss the findings with the management to define future actions
-Organize promotional activities according to Market Survey (competitor’s activities), to boost sales
-Motivate staff and Build a Strong and Loyal Team
-Support and assist staff in their Learning, Growth and Target
-Share with own knowledge and experience
-Focus on and develop staffs’ strength
-Study and analyze medical representatives’ reports and discuss their visits on daily basis to keep medical representatives work productive
-Evaluate staff product knowledge and always keep them updated on new information
-Control staff presence at work
-Resolve any difficulties or challenges that stops Medical Representative
from reaching target
-Achieve sales target on a monthly and quarterly basis
-Maintain MR area and/or customer;
Break down the target per segment, per client, per medical representative
-Maintain plan and mapping areas for medical representatives
-Management and supervision of the field activities
-Maintain close cooperation with Key Customers on regularly basis
-Preparing and providing weekly, monthly reports on regularly basis
-Assist in all other duties directed from management.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is an advantage.
-Previous working experience in pharmaceutical Company as a sales supervisor or team leader is a must.
-Computer skills including Ms Word, Ms Excel spreadsheet, Power Point software.
-Strong leadership presence with an ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels within an organization.
-Skills and ability to be an effective coaching leader within a cross-functional environment, coaching, mentoring, and motivating team toward the achievement of objectives
-Ability to learn fast, positive and respectful attitude towards company and work
-Strong presentation and oral communication skills
-Good command of written and speaking English.
