Position Overview:
Titan Technologies is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Executive Management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of the executive's daily activities and ensuring optimal use of their time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items resulting from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by the executive to support decision-making processes.
- Handle personal and professional tasks for the executive management.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
- High degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
