Position Overview:
Mets Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of diesel generator products and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories or market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of Mets Energy diesel generators.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the needs of each client.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant information to management on a regular basis.
Represent Mets Energy at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with key stakeholders and enhance brand visibility.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the diesel generator or power equipment industry.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Willingness to travel as required.
