Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Business Performance: Take charge of the branch's overall performance and ensure it meets and exceeds targets.

🔹 Supervision and Control: Lead and manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) supervisors, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.

🔹 Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to optimize business and staff management, including shift patterns, organization, and day-to-day activities.

🔹 Financial Analysis: Analyze sales levels, forecast trends, control food and operation costs, manage inventory, and enhance profitability.

🔹 Resource Management: Oversee stock, equipment, supplies, building maintenance, cleanliness, and security to maintain operational efficiency.

🔹 Inventory Control: Implement measures to minimize inventory discrepancies and ensure efficient stock management.

🔹 Procedural Compliance: Enforce opening and closing procedures rigorously, ensuring accurate reconciliation of sales and cash.

🔹 Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports covering staff management, food costs, and sales performance.

🔹 Sales and Staff Development: Develop and execute plans to drive sales, maximize profits, and nurture staff growth and development.

🔹 Menu Coordination: Collaborate on menu updates, training initiatives, and ensure adherence to standards.

🔹 Employee Training: Ensure all staff are trained in menu descriptions, pricing, and uphold the highest standards of work ethics and behavior.

🔹 Customer Service: Handle special orders efficiently, coordinating with the kitchen for timely delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.

🔹 Code of Conduct: Enforce company rules and regulations, fostering a positive work environment.
