Description


We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join our team based in West Bekaa - Khirbat Kanafar.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed
- Handle onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Handle employee relations (problems-solutions)
- Handle Performance Evaluations


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR coordination or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
