Daily Task Management:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for executives, including managing calls, scheduling, and other activities as needed.
- Assist the General Manager in planning and coordinating daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage all correspondence, including emails, letters, and communications with clients, suppliers, banks, and insurance companies.
- Handle insurance files and collaborate with various insurance companies to secure optimal prices for medical, marine, and truck insurance.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the purchase order process, including creating, tracking, and updating purchase orders.
- Coordinate and monitor the container clearance process, working closely with shipping agents, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
