Description


A leading reputable Jewelry brand in Zouk Mikael, Lebanon is seeking an Operations Manager who is responsible for managing the daily operations of retail stores in Lebanon .
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Supporting all the needs for participating in international exhibitions.
• Daily / weekly audit and assessment visits to the retail stores
• Solve conflicts between retail stores and other departments
• Handle customer complaints as well as internal non-conformities regarding sales activities.
• Supervising all the sales activities and retail stores’ KPIs
• Ensuring and supervising all maintenance activities
• Responsible of all kinds of accountability procedures

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 35+ age
- Masters degree in Business Studies or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Retail Operations Manager or Jewelry Store Manager
-Minimum 5 years experience in luxury retail
- Good standard of numerical skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to plan and priorities workloads and delegate accordingly
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekend working
- To manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store, ensuring the team members are engaging, acknowledging, courteous, develop an excellent product knowledge to engage with the customers.
