Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at GSM Facility Services. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing schedules and appointments, organizing meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the executives. Additionally, you will assist with clerical tasks, maintain records, and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments
Experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience
Proficiency in computer skills and office software
Knowledge of security and safety protocols is a plus
