The CFO will lead the accounting and reporting function with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient services, adhering to accounting policies and reporting rules, ensuring compliance with local accounting, social, and tax requirements, and implementing financial group policies. Additionally, the CFO will manage international accounting standards and provide strong support to the Board of Directors.

Key Tasks:

Reporting and Local Statutory Reporting:

Analyze financial results against plans, standards, and budgets, recommending corrective actions.
Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, long-range planning, and budgeting processes.
Implement systems for monitoring transactional volumes and process improvements.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Organize and manage the accounting department for efficient, reliable, and timely reporting.

Active participation in monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings.
Treasury Operation:

Timely cash forecast and management.
Manage financing requirements and optimize liquidity.
Maintain good relationships with banks and analyze bank charges.
Credit Control Management:

Ensure accurate asset management and recording.
Manage bad debt and maintain low overdue rates.
Reconcile accounts receivables and provide timely information.
Risk Management:

Implement and ensure adherence to financial and accounting policies and procedures.
General Accounting:

Lead day-to-day activities and monthly closing cycles.
Review and approve daily journals and ensure completion of operations cycle.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct inventory stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
External Audit:

Ensure application of finance and internal control procedures to minimize risks.
Successfully pass external audits on financial results.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field.
Senior finance management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
7-10 years of experience.
Expertise in international accounting rules.

Strong people management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in technical systems such as ERP systems and BI tools.
Knowledgeable in local tax legislation and accounting functions.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to continuous improvement.
