This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic and leads. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will also monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics, collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, and manage social media platforms and campaigns.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
• Ability to create and curate engaging content
• Experience in social media analytics and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience with social media management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

7. Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as design or product, to create cohesive campaigns. Brainstorm and collaborate with the website and app developers to optimize content and SEO.
8. Stay Updated: Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
9. Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, field specialists, and local media outlets to generate buzz and increase awareness of our brand and offerings.
