We are seeking for a Supply Chain Coordinator/ Accountant to join our team in Lebanon.
The successful candidate should have a previous experience in supply chain and a background in accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Track orders’ process in a timely & effective manner
• Demonstrate effective communication (both written and verbal), high levels of motivation and leadership
• Analyze branch sales and inventories for all group companies to identify excesses and fluctuations
• Track and update the forecasting template for all brands in all countries
• Propose cross-country shipments to improve stock efficiency
• Assist in the creation and application of new code numbers for all brands
• Build and maintain good strong relationship with the suppliers and the GM-s of all group companies
• In parallel, handle accounting and stock data entry
• Prepare for all group companies bank, supplier and clients’ reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Requirements and Skills:
• Min 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Previous background in accounting
• BA in Business or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
