Summary:
RAY Labs is searching for a Content Specialist. Candidate will be responsible for developing, editing and optimizing content across various channels to drive brand awareness, engage our audience and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has to have keen understanding of the digital landscape, SEO principles and an ability to tailor content to different platformers and audience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content planning.
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content to improve organic search performance
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant tools and metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
• Support the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 years’ experience as a Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role in both Arabic & English.
• Experience in GCC is a must with special focus on KSA audience
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
