•Manage and oversee social media content
•Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
•Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts and improving customer engagement.
•Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
•Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
•Create, maintain and share daily original content for each platform.
•Ensure social media content is posted on the appropriate channels to connect with the right audience in the right way.
•Perform ongoing data analytics to increase the social media engagement, reach and impressions
•Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
•Work as a videographer conceiving, designing, shooting and editing short videos that will engage our audience
•photographing content and posting on social media
•Reviewing the feed for social media platforms, creating engaging material, taking and editing pictures, posting stories, responding to comments, and developing and executing social media strategy.
•Coordinate with other departments to understand company reputation and promote brand identity.
