JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in supply chain management within the retail/FMCG industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a valid IQAMA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute the company's supply chain and logistics strategy, overseeing all related operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution, to meet business objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors and service providers to optimize collaboration and streamline processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, including inventory management and cost optimization.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all supply chain activities.
