We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Adminstrator to join our team.

The ideal individual will be responsible for handling, but not limited, the below responsibilities:

Handle the management of the CRM system by ensuring its correct implementation and use, its regular maintenance and the continuous update of the database
Develop a data capturing culture and monitor the data entry process and updates by using system checks for duplicate records
Develop and provide training on core and advanced system functionality for end users, maintaining and increasing the staff’s knowledge around the use of the database/CRM system and deliver day to day support accordingly
Assist representatives by acting as a Help Desk answering all inquiries on the central email address, addressing problems, special occasions and system notifications etc…
Maintain a high level of internal as well as external confidentiality when dealing with the database
Oversee the setup of campaigns such as emails and surveys and ensure their correct upload, launch and visibility on the CRM system
Create and maintain a digital product knowledge bank and aim on upgrading it to a mobile application to be able to administer quizzes in an efficient and timely manner
Collaborate with the IT Department on existing projects as well as the development of new projects
Analyze monthly sales activities and close database and all activities on a monthly basis
Develop standardized reports according to predefined KPIs, formulation of recommendations…
Deliver ad hoc analyses and sales analyses reports to management on a regular basis as requested


0 to 3 years’ experience in similar position
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Data Management, Programming or Business-related field
Excellent commands of English and Arabic, French is a plus
Good computer skills, Programming languages knowledge is a plus
