Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and the company policies within the food production environment.
• Conduct daily and regular inspections of production processes, facilities, and equipment to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Inspect and verify the effectiveness of the cleaning process for all the facilities, machinery, warehouses as per set frequencies.
• Develop, update, and enforce quality assurance procedures and documentation; in addition to the verification of results for the production records.
• Collaborate with the FST to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and participate in the development of risk management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Investigate customer complaints or product non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and ensure resolution.
• Inspect personnel hygienic practices and behavior and report any deviation noted.
• Fill all the FSMS related records
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality assurance practices.
• Report to the “Factory Manager”
