The Dispatching Officer is accountable for scheduling and monitoring the schedule of trucks and drivers as per a set calendar in accordance with the needs of the corporate Sales team and customers’ orders ensuring timely and smooth delivery of orders.
Technical and Operations

Coordinate with the corporate Sales admin Department on all incoming orders expected to be delivered the next day;

Plan and organize the distribution of approved quantities and trucks while ensuring timely delivery of products to clients;

Prepare the schedule of drivers and their daily, weekly and monthly trips related to loading and unloading products;

Plan and schedule the daily, weekly and monthly schedules of helpers to ensure proper coverage at all times;

Sending Links to clients informing them the routing trucks;

Monitor and control drivers’ activities via GPS and follow up on accidents in coordination with the direct manager and Legal Department;

Prepare and audit the distribution vouchers on daily basis raising concerns when necessary;


Produce timely, efficient and accurate reports and submit to manager for approval raising concerns when needed;

Prepare and share monthly report about trucks including quantities, number of trips and other relevant details;

Prepare and send a weekly operational report to the dispatching Manager including distribution activities and progress as well as conflicts between drivers and customers if any;

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
