Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department;
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements;
Establish and apply correct accounting methods, policies and principles;
Prepare to the desk of the General Manager / Chairman all P&L, Trial Balance, General Ledger and any other report as deemed fit;
Prepare Cash forecasting to the desk of the CEO;
Prepare payment schedule and assign a specific date for issuance;
Coordinate with the Clients for payment and other needed issues;
Control the fixed assets and debt activity;
Conduct annual audits;
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
Make sure to raise the flag for any project approaching the loss margin;
Control and monitor the activities of all projects’ expenses;
Perform other job-related duties of comparable importance, difficulty and responsibility as necessary.
