Job Description: The Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This role demands a dynamic individual who excels in providing superior customer experiences and possesses the ability to explain new or updated products effectively.

As an ambassador for Izzat Daouk's Beauty Stores, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, support prospects, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
2. Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
3. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
4. Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
5. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
6. Deliver compelling sales presentations to a variety of prospective clients.
7. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
8. Understand and promote company programs and initiatives.
9. Prepare and finalize sales contracts for orders.
10. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
11. Maintain detailed client records.
12. Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
