• Sales Team Management:
o Follow up with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
o Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their performance.
o Monitor daily salesman performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Sales Growth:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
o Open new points of sale (POS) to expand the market presence.
• Client Relationships:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Lebanese retail market.
o Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Administrative Duties:
o Prepare sales reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
o Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese retail market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
