Company Overview: We are Prima-aroma, a leading distributor of MIACafe coffee products and Coffee Mate creamers, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic outdoor Sales Representative to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to various clients, customers and retail chains. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also seeking out new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the proposed area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products with core ability to maintain persuasion with professionalism and to meet sales targets consistently. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers, buyers, retailers and other key personnel to promote our products.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to monitor product availability, and promotional activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, finding new leads by conducting outdoor visits daily In the mentioned locations
• Deliver products to buyer after closing the deal.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of sale with buyers to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Familiar with potential markets/ buyers in the area, merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and a car is a must
Basic accounting knowledge (invoices-receipts).
