A leading FMCG company in Lebanon, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets: You will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding your sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships: Develop lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.
• Promote our products effectively: Utilize your knowledge of our product portfolio and your sales expertise to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends to drive business growth.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms: Confidently negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry in Lebanon.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o Strong understanding of the Lebanese market and consumer behavior.
o Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
o Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Additional Assets:
o Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
o Knowledge of CRM software.
o Familiarity with the Lebanese retail and distribution landscape.
