• Reporting to the senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, emails and keeping records.
• Liaising with internal departments, and clients; & answering calls.
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, emails, phone calls.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Maintaining other duties that may be assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Able to work independently. Must be detail oriented and organized.
Able to work on many different projects at one time.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions and work under stress.
