We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations for an International Fashion Brand in Dubai, to oversee and optimize the sales process from order placement to customer delivery and payment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion and lifestyle products, particularly in sports and lifestyle apparel and footwear. You will be responsible for managing retail and wholesale accounts, driving sales strategies, and expanding our market presence across the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring smooth operations from order setting and confirmation to customer deliveries and payments.
• Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop and implement seasonal and annual sales projections and plans to maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Sales & Product Analysis: Conduct regular sales analysis and product performance reports, including tracking slow, non-moving, and fast-moving items. Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions as needed.
• Account Management: Establish, manage, and grow wholesale accounts in alignment with the brand’s strategy and policies.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue business growth opportunities in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
• Marketplace Management: Drive marketplace strategies for specific product categories.
• Order & Delivery Coordination: Manage client orders post-sales, coordinate product deliveries, and arrange shipments with forwarders.
• Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize processes and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Legal & Administrative Liaison: Handle office and legal matters with government officials and liaise with various authorities such as the Federal Tax Authority, Dubai Economic Department, and Dubai Customs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales management within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products sectors, with a strong focus on premium brands and channels.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience in sales analysis and forecasting.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in sports and lifestyle apparel and footwear is highly recommended.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of driving sales strategies and increasing revenue.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate goals clearly.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Professionalism: High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.
