Description


We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager with extensive experience in Advertising / Digital Marketing in the MENA Region.
Main responsibilities will be to promote the portfolio of services, generate business opportunities, identify new clients / develop the business with existing ones and manage the sales execution workflow process; hence grow the business by maximizing sales coverage through the products offered by our renowned Healthcare Communications Agency.
Job Scope:
1. Promote the services of Healthcare Communications in the Middle East & North Africa.
2. Identify, contact and qualify potential clients.
3. Set up meetings (Virtual & in person) with potential clients and present the company’s portfolio.
4.Understand Clients’ needs, arrange professional presentations and submit proposals.
5.Generate business to attain Sales Forecast.
6. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
7. Provide regular reports on sales, travel, promotions, production, collection activities and results to management.
8. Coordinate with the team and oversee the Jobs’ progress with the Client Services who coordinate the workflow process along with the Medical, Creative & Production divisions.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting Division for invoicing and collections.

Candidate Profile:
 BA / Masters in Advertising / Communications / Digital Marketing or related fields.
 5~8 years of proven working experience in Business Development with an Advertising agency.
 Able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
 Exceptional customer service skills with proficiency in CRM Applications.
 Strong persuasive and consultative sales skills.
 Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English / Arabic both (verbal and written)
 Sound knowledge of Marketing / Sales Techniques & Strategies.
 Proficient in MS Office applications.
 Strong Leadership Skills: Problem solving, negotiation, analytical, organizational & time management.
 Able to work independently and as part of a team
 Flexible / adaptable to change and willing to travel
 Passionate to learn, succeed and grow in the Business Development / Sales field.
