Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our plastic medical devices. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can effectively communicate the value of our products to various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, presentations, and digital content, that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Trade Shows and Events: Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Develop booth designs, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up strategies.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that support the sales process, including product training materials, sales presentations, and competitive analyses.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management and suggest actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the same industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for marketing medical devices is a plus.
