Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join a leading automotive team. This role is essential in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities, events, and social media initiatives for our automotive brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in graphic design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
o Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with company goals.
o Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote the automotive brand.
2. Social Media Management:
o Develop and manage social media content calendars.
o Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics.
3. Event Planning & Coordination:
o Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships.
o Work with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure brand consistency throughout events.
o Develop marketing materials and promotional items for events.
4. Graphic Design:
o Create high-quality visual content, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and digital media assets.
o Maintain and develop the brand's visual identity across all marketing platforms.
o Work with other departments to design materials that align with company needs.
5. Collaborations & Communication:
o Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
o Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
6. Market Research & Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
o Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
o Track marketing and social media campaign performance.
o Prepare reports and presentations on the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or event coordination within an automotive or related industry.
• Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Social Media: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, as well as experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both design and marketing execution.
Preferred:
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic video editing software.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
