Job description:
The Spare Parts Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts in the beverage factory. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of spare parts, tools, and supplies. The Storekeeper will ensure the accuracy of inventory levels, manage reorder points, and ensure that the spare parts are readily available for maintenance and repair teams. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts and supplies.
• Store items in an organized and easily accessible manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, transactions, and locations.
• Issue spare parts to maintenance teams and ensure that all transactions are properly documented.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of parts.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to forecast future spare parts needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized spare parts store.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
 Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
 Previous experience in ERP system is an advantage
 Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
 Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
 Knowledge of spare parts and equipment used in the beverage or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
 Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the spare parts store.
 Basic understanding of safety and regulatory requirements for storing industrial parts.
