Job Description:

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining industry to expand the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and support to clients, helping them select the right catering supplies for their needs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from one of the following universities: Lebanese University (LU), Lebanese American University (LAU), Saint Joseph University (USJ), American University of Beirut (AUB), or University of Balamand.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the catering supply or related industry.
• Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
