Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Generating and publishing daily content, optimizing company pages on various platforms.
2. Responsible for planning / implementing a content marketing program which increases brand awareness with our core target markets through the effective use of social media channels.
3. Creating & delivering content marketing program(s) which inform customers / prospects and drives leads & sales.
4. Developing and implementing content marketing campaigns appropriate to the channel being used, monitoring social media channels to respond appropriately to posts / comments, and identifying issues that require escalation.
5. Publish /repurpose content across approved central social media brand outposts (e.g. copy / articles,
photography, video, etc.)
6. Continually survey the social media landscape to identify new platforms / research and analyze trends /opportunities to grow and reach core target audience.
7. Ensure the Senior Digital Marketing Manager is updated regularly as agreed on progress against
tasks.
Social Media Officer Skills & Requirements:
1. Maintain a professional approach at all times through the application of effective relevant skills.
2. Strong community management experience.
3. Significant experience managing / developing social media marketing programs (organic and paid).
4. In-depth knowledge of social media environment.
5. Manage work effectively and deliver under pressure.
6. Working with other staff effectively to help maximize their performance by working as one team.
7. Strong marketing skillset across the entire social media landscape (Community management, content creation & distribution, analysis)
8. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills.
9. Intermediate to advanced Photoshop skills.
10.Data literate, able to review / assess / make recommendations as a result of analysis.
