Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand success. If you have a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies and a strong understanding of consumer behavior, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with top management.
-Oversee in-store marketing communications and merchandising activities.
-Manage and monitor marketing campaigns, including media bookings and event management.
-Liaise with sales teams and spend time with customers to gather insights.
-Analyze market trends, monitor KPIs, and report to top management.
-Manage product inventory, PRDs, MRDs, and compare new brands.
-Stay updated on competition and market dynamics through regular visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to innovate, adapt, and make sound judgments.
