1. GUESTS & VISITORS
a. Daily visitors
b. Delivery
c. Business visitors
d. Guests from Abroad
2. Call Center
a. Answer phone calls received by the main phone
b. Arrange calls to top management when requested
3. Manage and constantly update the contacts excel
4. File business cards
5. OFFICE SUPPLIERS & IT EQUIPMENT
a. Order office supplies and IT equipment every month and keep an excel of what is bought and for who
b. Constantly check for the best prices, deals, and promotions (now mostly working with EZ Order)
6. COORDINATE WITH THE OFFICE CLEANER
a. Coordinate top management needs (water, coffee, etc…)
7. COORDINATE WITH ACCT for payments
