The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close and daily controls
Manage intercompany transactions and its related ramifications
Handle VAT declaration and tax laws (personal and corporate)
Preparing financial analyses and reports
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and other types of planning
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications:
6+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
Robust experience with international software (NAV, SAP or Oracle)
Able to work independently and highly meticulous
CPA preferred
