Tasks and duties
- Managing and coordinating design projects within the company.
- Working closely with designers, engineers, and team members to develop design strategies.
- Making sure that the design suits the brand, as well as customer needs and industry trends.
- Overseeing the design team, setting goals, establishing timelines and allocating resources for projects.
- Ensuring that designs meet technical requirements, manufacturing capabilities and cost considerations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and design methodologies.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 7- 8 years of experience in architecture, space planning, material selection, creating design concepts, and project execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- F&B experience is a plus
- Proficiency in architectural softwares and MS office.
- Detail-oriented and organized with superb follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
