Job Description:
• Receiving & Handling customers calls and requests.
• Providing software and hardware support to end users.
• Opening new technical cases & following up on existing ones.
• Troubleshooting end users’ application.
• Reporting to the IT Supervisor (Head of technical Team) & coordinating with him on daily basis.
Education:
• Fresh Graduate (preferable to have some experience in IT, internships…)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (A technical background is strongly preferred)
