We are hiring a Marketing Manager for international fashion brands in Lebanon and the region.
He/she will oversee the company’s marketing operations, strategic planning, and corporate communications. This role also includes driving client development through targeted marketing and client service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and policies that align with the company’s objectives and brand guidelines.
-Allocate marketing budgets and support regional budget development.
-Monitor department performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
-Stay updated on best marketing practices to enhance brand revenue and profitability.
-Provide marketing input during business planning and decision-making processes.
-Prepare reports to support strategic decision-making by senior managers.
-Manage communication with external partners, including media and advertising agencies, to maintain brand image.
-Organize and manage marketing events.
-Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs to increase brand loyalty and revenue.
-Coordinate and monitor brand activations to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
-Proficient in office software applications.
-Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research tools, and retail business operations.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse backgrounds.
