What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical assistance for hardware and software
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and antivirus programs
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support for head office and operations
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Provide training for end users on implemented systems
- Report project status and issues to the IT Manager
- Conduct daily preventive visits to various branches for support
- Provide hotline support 24/7 as needed for operations
- Use established systems to log requests, monitor progress, and track cases

What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- 1-2 years of experience in IT
- Good standard of computer and data manipulation and interpretation skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Office 365 and Windows Servers
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
