Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Tasks:
o Maintain office organization and manage supplies.
o Assist with general office procedures.
2. Scheduling:
o Help schedule meetings and manage calendars.
o Coordinate appointments and meeting logistics.
3. Document Management:
o Prepare and proofread documents and reports.
o Organize and maintain filing systems.
o Prepare and draft letters and documents in Arabic.
4. Communication:
o Handle inquiries and communicate with clients and staff.
o Provide administrative support to senior staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in preparing and drafting letters and documents in Arabic.
Experience:
• 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
