American university of technology is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support to join our IT team in its North campuses (Koura & Akkar). The successful candidate will assist in providing technical support to end-users across multiple branches, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support to employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with setting up and configuring workstations, including installing software and drivers.
• Manage and document inventory of IT equipment
• Support the IT team in managing network security, including firewall, antivirus, and data protection systems.
• Provide feedback to the IT Manager regarding recurring issues or potential improvements.
Qualifications:
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years experience
• Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is a plus
• Preferably based in a northern location.
