A very well established company in retail, in Beirut downtown is looking to hire An ERP Manager- JD Edwards

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plan, manage and run the implementation and setup for the company in coordination with the relative external agency.
-Reengineer the business process within the company in collaboration and coordination with the departments involved.
-Enhance and troubleshoot system and DB.
-Train and support all involved users.
-Create all users with their roles, menus and security.
-Prepare, analyze design and develop all required reports.
-Propose and present solutions to be used by different departments in each of their processes.
-Troubleshoot errors and bugs and fix them.
-Communicate with different departments on a regular basis in order to make sure that the system is being operated smoothly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-University Degree in Business Computing. Computer Communications Engineering or Computer Science graduates might be considered depending if supported by MBA or business related diplomas.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle- JD Edwards development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Solid Knowledge of operating systems and systems architecture is a plus.
-Expert in Oracle- JD Edwards business solution and Development tools.
-Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

-Excellent Communication, both written and verbal as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
-A general understanding of the Retail Business.
-Strong Project Management Skills.
-Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, strategic planning and time management skills.
-Outstanding Decision making, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
-Organized and systematic even under pressure.
-Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of departmental issues and documentation.
-Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
