Job Purpose
Prepares, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and beverages correctly, accurately and in a friendly manner to either customers directly or through serving staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handles all aspects of the bar area.
2. Handles guest inquiries in an accurate manner.
3. Assists guests’ needs and preferences and makes recommendations.
4. Prepares and serves beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
5. Adheres to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
6. Ensures that the bar counter and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
7. Monitors operating supplies and reduces spoilage and wastage.
8. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good guest relationship.
9. Ensures proper presentation displays on every shelf.
10. Strives to improve beverage items according to the standards.
Qualifications
Education A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Others Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages. Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
